Most products are ready to ship in 5-10 business days. We offer ground shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous 48 states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will include a freight charge equal to 35% of the order value. We do not currently ship outside the U.S.
Ring chandeliers arrive in 1-2 boxes, single pendants arrive in 1-3 boxes, multi-pendants arrive in 5-7 boxes, and swag chandeliers arrive in 4-8 boxes. Pendants, multi-pendants, and swag chandelier orders include:
- One box containing modular base components like the socket and bulb.
- A separate box for each piece of glass.
- A separate box for each shade.
We take great care in packing your order to ensure that it arrives safe and sound. Components are individually boxed to ensure damage-free delivery and easy assembly.
