Responsibility & Environment

Responsible and moderate consumption

We sell wine to accompany special occasions, but always in moderation.

Year after year, we develop an increasingly responsible approach to ensure that our ecological footprint is as respectful as possible: Eco-packaging made from recycled cardboard, sorting and reprocessing of waste, optimised transport... and that's just for starters!

Our organic and biodynamic range is growing every year to encourage sustainable production.

Our history

It all began in 2002, when Vinatis was born out of a meeting between two friends with a passion for wine: Emmanuel Toussaint and Olivier Ivangine.

Their ambition? To demystify the world of wine and bring it within the reach of every consumer; to help wine buyers choose the right bottle for them, through demanding selections and fair prices.

The start-up was born in Haute-Savoie, France. Today, Vinatis still concentrates all its services in Annecy-le-Vieux.

Gender equality

Professional equality is now measured annually by a gender equality index, in accordance with the provisions of the Professional Future Act of 5 September 2018. Companies with between 50 and 250 employees have been required to publish their gender equality index score since 1 September 2019. This index, which is scored out of 100, is composed of four indicators that assess gender inequality in companies. Results for the year 2025:

  1. The gender pay gap (0/40 points because it cannot be calculated: not all age groups by socio-professional category include at least three women and three men)
  2. The difference in individual increase rates (35/35 points)
  3. Percentage of female employees who received a pay rise in the year they returned from maternity leave (15/15 points)
  4. Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest-paid employees (10/10 points)

As the total number of points that can be calculated is less than 75 points, the overall Index cannot be determined in accordance with the regulations in force. Nevertheless, the company remains fully committed to professional equality and is continuing its efforts to ensure equal treatment for women and men.
