The VersaBuilt DuoGrip Gripper is engineered for CNC mill and lathe applications—ideal for a wide range of part load/unload tasks. Featuring dual, opposing centering pneumatic grippers, DuoGrip enables efficient machine tending by simultaneously unloading a finished part and loading a new one without exiting the machine.

DuoGrip Grippers are available in two models: the DuoGrip 400 and DuoGrip 2000, offering flexibility and the required part clamping force to match your automation requirements.

Quick Configuration for Pipes and Pucks

• Puck/Billet Handling: Supports diameters from Ø0.50″ (12mm) to 8.00″ (200mm), with an array of M5 x 0.8 holes for mounting part-specific hardware.
  Included part interface hardware:
  – Steel and plastic socket head cap screws
  – Unthreaded aluminum and plastic spacers
• Shaft Handling: Accommodates shafts and pipes from ¼” (6mm) to 3″ (75mm) in diameter.
• Custom Shapes: Compatible with 3D-printed gripper fingers, enabling automation of irregular or complex geometries.
• Versatile Clamping: Supports both OD and ID clamping for maximum flexibility.

VersaBlast Wrist-Air Cleaning System

Included with every DuoGrip Gripper, the VersaBlast Air Amplifier removes coolant and chips from jaws and/or parts—enhancing process reliability. A high-flow pneumatic valve is also included with VersaBuilt Automation Systems that feature VersaBlast.
