The HBAV Build PAC is the housing industry’s political action committee – it’s how we elevate awareness of the issues that are impacting our builders' and developers' ability to deliver a diversity of new housing stock to meet the growing demand.
We support state legislators and candidates who understand the important role that the housing industry plays in our state and local economies – and who recognize that land-use, zoning, and other housing related policies passed by the Virginia General Assembly have a direct impact on the industry’s ability to provide housing opportunities for individuals and families across the income spectrum.
