How long does it take to start receiving mail at my new address?

Your mailbox is active the moment you complete signup. Mail sent to your new address will arrive based on normal USPS delivery times. If you’re redirecting mail from an existing address, we provide step-by-step change of address guidance. Most businesses are fully transitioned within two to three weeks.

What happens to junk mail?

We filter it before it reaches your dashboard. Junk mail is shredded and recycled at no charge, and it never counts against your plan’s scan limits. You only see mail that’s worth seeing.

Can I set different rules for different types of mail?

Yes. You can create routing rules based on sender, mail type, keyword, or recipient name. For example: auto-scan everything from the IRS, auto-shred mail from Gieco, auto-forward checks to your finance team. Rules take seconds to set up and apply to all future mail automatically.

What does the AI actually do?
