Definitions

• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using Unitymix Services.
• "User Content" means any text, images, videos, audio, messages, files, comments, or other materials uploaded, submitted, posted, streamed, or otherwise provided by Users.
• "Services" includes the Unitymix website, platform, applications, APIs, creator tools, monetization features, and related services.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Users must meet the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction to access or use Unitymix Services.

Individuals under the age of 18 may browse certain areas of the platform only where legally permitted, but may not upload content, create monetized creator accounts, sell subscriptions, or engage in financial transactions through Unitymix.

All creators, sellers, and monetized account holders must be at least 18 years old.

Unitymix reserves the right to request age verification and may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or unverifiable information.

Account Obligations & Security

• Provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• Notify Unitymix immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.
• Not share, sell, transfer, or permit unauthorized use of your account.
• Keep your account secure: You are solely responsible for protecting your password, two-factor authentication codes, recovery methods, and account access information.

User Generated Content Terms & Conditions

Users retain ownership of their User Content. However, by submitting or posting content on Unitymix, you grant Unitymix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, and operate such content in connection with the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your content.

Submitting Content & Intellectual Property

Users must not upload content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

Unitymix may remove or disable content that violates these Terms or law.

Repeat infringers may be permanently terminated.

Prohibited Content & Conduct

• Illegal or fraudulent content
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Malware, phishing, or harmful code
• Impersonation or spam
• Exploitation of minors or illegal content

Payments & Monetization

Creators are responsible for taxes and compliance obligations.

Unitymix may withhold or reverse payments for violations, disputes, or fraud investigations.

Promotions & Giveaways

All promotions must comply with applicable laws. Unitymix may modify or terminate promotions at any time.

User Conduct

• No harassment or abuse
• No impersonation
• No system interference
• No illegal activity
• No unauthorized access attempts

Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties.

Unitymix is not responsible for damages, losses, or interruptions.

Arbitration & Governing Law

Users agree to binding arbitration and waive class action rights. Governing law: State of New York, USA.
