I had the pleasure of working with TRM and one of their talented team members, Kevin Sullivan. We have recently moved into a new Flex Space for our sign company. Our multiple high tech printers, laminators and plotter/cutters are all connected on a LAN but in different rooms and in the plant. Kevin came up for a site review and quickly reviewed the situation. This included him climbing on a ladder and going into our attic to understand what the legacy cat 5/6 ethernet wiring situation was. Within an hour he had connected all our machines to the Ethernet switch. He called back the next day to check if everything was working which it sure was. We now have a great IT company on our side and hope we will never need anyone else.
