Aura Points are earned through Weekly Goals, which reset each week and are intentionally simple and flexible. You can earn Aura Points by completing the following activities during the week:
- Check in with yourself by logging your mood on 3 different days
- Get support from Kōkua, TRIPP’s AI wellness companion, by chatting 2 times
- Expand your practice by listening to the TRIPP of the Week experience
Each completed activity adds to your Aura total for the week. You don’t need to complete everything at once, and there’s no requirement to engage every day.
Aura Points are not a score or a measure of success. They’re simply a way to acknowledge participation and offer a sense of rhythm and continuity as you return to TRIPP over time.
TRIPP Mobile is a core part of our multi-modal AI wellness platform and is designed to function as a complete wellness experience on its own. Many people use TRIPP Mobile as their primary way to engage with TRIPP, with guided practices, soundscapes, and AI-supported experiences available directly on their phones.

All user interactions are protected by strict confidentiality agreements and specialized privacy training for our internal audit team, ensuring that your path to well-being remains private, secure, and entirely your own.
It’s beautifully simple: just dial (833) HI KOKUA from any U.S. or C.A. phone. No app downloads, no internet connection required—just direct access to support when you need it most.

No. TRIPP does not record or store your voice during Kōkua Calling.
Your speech is temporarily converted to text using secure, encrypted processing so Kōkua AI can respond in real time. Once a response is generated, the audio data is immediately and permanently deleted.
If you choose to enter your PIN, Kōkua may retain general, non-identifying conversational context to support continuity across future calls. This does not include personally identifiable information and can be deleted at any time by contacting support@tripp.com.
If you prefer a fully ephemeral experience, simply skip entering your PIN when prompted. Your conversation will not be saved to your profile or carried forward.
TRIPP is committed to privacy by design, giving you control over how your information is used.
Conversation memory in Kōkua Calling is optional and lets you control personalization.
If you enter your PIN at the start of a call, Private Mode is activated. This allows Kōkua to remember general, non-identifying context, such as recurring themes or goals, so future conversations can feel more continuous and supportive.
If you skip the PIN, your conversation remains fully ephemeral and is not saved or carried forward. You’ll still receive a helpful text summary at the end of your session.
Your privacy comes first:
- Conversation memory does not include personally identifiable information
- Kōkua does not create medical records or store clinical health data
- You can request deletion of your conversation history at any time by emailing support@tripp.com
TRIPP designed conversation memory to be flexible, transparent, and privacy-first, so you can choose what level of continuity feels right for you.
If you don’t have a PIN or can’t remember it, simply ask KŌKUA AI to reset your PIN during your call. A new PIN will be sent to your phone via text message.

However, Focus experiences can still feel personal. Images added in TRIPP Mobile can appear at the end of Focus TRIPPs in XR as a visual moment of reflection.
- Sleep and Drift experiences are designed specifically for relaxation and sleep preparation. Drift lets you customize music and visual artists, adjust visual speed, enable auto-orientation, and set a time-to-fade that gradually slows and dims the experience as you settle in. Drift experiences are untimed, so you can stay in them as long as you like.
Feature availability may vary by device, platform, and experience. Some customization options or interactions may not be available on all XR devices.
