Sales 1–3 yrs Pune Work from Office

Role Objective

The Travel Sales Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to turn their travel dreams into reality. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, crafting personalized itineraries, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and chat to understand travel requirements.
  • Recommend travel packages, destinations, and experiences based on client preferences and budget.
  • Create detailed itineraries, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with vendors (hotels, DMCs, transport providers) to secure bookings and confirmations.
  • Assist clients with visa documentation, travel insurance, and other pre-travel formalities.
  • Provide end-to-end customer support before, during, and after the trip to ensure satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, tour operations, or a related field.
  • Freshers with a strong passion for travel and tourism are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, GDS (Galileo/Amadeus), or travel booking platforms is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
