AMD-based COM Express® Modules

Tria’s AMD-based COM Express modules combine powerful compute, advanced graphics, and scalable I/O in a compact Type 6 form factor. Based on AMD Ryzen™ Embedded processors including the R1000, R2000, and 8000 Series, they support up to four 4K displays, DDR4 or DDR5 memory, and high-speed interfaces such as PCIe Gen 3, USB 3.2, and Gb Ethernet. The latest 8000 Series module adds integrated AI acceleration with an on-chip NPU, PCIe Gen 4 and 2.5Gb Ethernet.
