Shawn is the founder of Top Flight Termite Control, a company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and a hands-on approach to doing things the right way. With decades of experience in termite inspections, treatments, and wood repair, he has developed a reputation for thoroughness, precision, and honest guidance.
Over the years, Shawn has worked on a wide range of properties—from everyday homes to more complex projects—giving him a well-rounded understanding of how termite issues truly develop and how to address them effectively. He believes every home deserves a tailored approach, and takes the time to walk clients through their options without pressure or shortcuts.
Top Flight is a direct reflection of Shawn’s standards. As a family-driven business, the focus is on quality work, clear communication, and treating every home with the same level of care and attention as if it were his own. From the first inspection to the final repair, Shawn remains closely involved to ensure everything is completed to a higher standard.
A Santee local, Shawn is deeply connected to the community he serves. Outside of work, he spends much of his time coaching and managing his son’s travel baseball team and supporting his family at games, events, and competitions. Whether it’s on the field, in the stands, or at home, he takes pride in showing up and being present. He’s also a lifelong fan of the San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Chargers—something many of his clients quickly connect with.
