📋 Card Layout

  • 8, 10, or 12 cards per page - larger cards for younger learners, smaller for more content per sheet.
  • Each card has the image on the left half and the vocabulary on the right half.
  • Cut along the lines and fold in half to make a two-sided card - image on front, word on back.
  • Or leave flat for a picture-word reference sheet.

🖼️ Images and Words

  • Select a vocabulary category and choose images from the dropdown - or type any word without an image.
  • Auto-fill loads 8, 10, 12, 18, or 24 random images from the selected category instantly.
  • Up to 48 cards per set.
  • The vocabulary word field auto-fills from the image name - edit it to anything you like.

✍️ Advanced Fields

  • Click "advanced view" to reveal the description and prompt fields.
  • Description appears on the card alongside the vocabulary word.
  • Prompt text appears at the top of the card - use it for a question like "What's this called?" or a translation prompt.
  • Leave any field blank if you don't need it.

💾 Save and Load Lists

  • Click "Save List" to download your card set as a CSV file.
  • Click "Load List" to re-import a saved CSV and restore all your selections.
  • Great for sets you use regularly - save once, reload any time.
  • The form also auto-saves to your browser so your work isn't lost if you navigate away.

🔧 Tips and Troubleshooting

Cards not printing to size? Make sure your browser print settings are set to 100% scale (not "fit to page"). Scaling down will shrink the cards and they won't cut cleanly. In Chrome: Print > More settings > Scale = 100.
Want to match your bingo boards? Use the same vocabulary category here as in the bingo maker. Print the flashcard set as calling cards - cut them up, put them in a bag, and draw one at a time to call the bingo game.
Saving and reloading lists The CSV save/load lets you build sets once and reuse them. Save separate files for different units or classes. The browser also auto-saves your current work so you won't lose progress if you close the tab accidentally.
