Clutter is the reason you feel stuck.
Not just the stuff—also the obligations, the noise, the “shoulds,” the roles you’ve outgrown, and the relationships that drain you. If any kind of clutter is costing you peace, focus, or freedom, let’s fix it—starting today.
>1:1 sessions are limited by nature. If you’re ready, book now so you don’t drift for another week.
What clutter actually does to your life
- Steals your attention (so everything feels harder than it should)
- Creates background anxiety (even when you “can’t explain why”)
- Delays your real goals (until “someday” becomes “never”)
- Turns your calendar into a cage (busy, but not fulfilled)
- Keeps you in old identities (long after they’ve expired)
Clutter doesn’t usually disappear on its own—it migrates. From closets to calendars. From inboxes to relationships.
From stuff to self.
What we can minimize together
You can schedule an appointment with The Minimalists’ own T.K. Coleman to personally help you minimize:
Physical clutter
Stuff, storage, and the weight of “maybe someday.”
Relationship clutter
People-pleasing, resentment, unclear boundaries.
Emotional clutter
Guilt, shame, overthinking, unfinished endings.
Financial clutter
Spending spirals, debt stress, money avoidance.
Career clutter
Stuckness, burnout, misaligned work, unclear next steps.
Digital clutter
Inbox overwhelm, app noise, attention fragmentation.
Calendar clutter
Overcommitment, frantic scheduling, zero margin.
Hidden clutter
The hard-to-name “something’s off” that keeps you heavy.
What you’ll walk away with
Clarity
What matters now, what doesn’t, and what you can finally release.
Boundaries
Simple, practical “yes/no” lines you can actually live by.
A plan you’ll follow
Not inspiration—an honest next step that fits your real life.
Relief
The mental quiet you’ve been trying to buy with more stuff, more productivity, or more control.
Momentum
One week from now, you’ll be lighter—not just “thinking about it.”
Accountability
Because intention is easy. Follow-through is the point.
Work with “the philosophical minimalist”
“T.K. Coleman is one of the most insightful humans I know. His advice is both philosophically rigorous and immediately practical.”
—Tim Chermak, CEO of Platform
T.K. Coleman has served as an educator and entrepreneur for the past 25 years. He has served as a head coach for altMBA and as the Education Director for the Foundation of Economic Education. He has personally coached thousands of people from all walks of life, helping them unpack the emotional and practical baggage that weighs them down in the pursuit of a simpler, light-hearted life.
How it works
- Book a time that works for you.
- Show up honest. Bring the clutter you’re ready to confront—physical or otherwise.
- Leave lighter. With clarity, next steps, and a boundary you can enforce immediately.
