Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be in a resaleable condition unless they are faulty.
Physical Products (Magazines, Books, Merchandise)
For one-off purchases:
- You may return items within the cancellation period for a full refund
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return
- We will refund the item cost and standard delivery charge
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Due to the nature of printed products, we may reduce the refund amount if items are returned in a condition that affects resale value.
Subscriptions (Print)
Our subscriptions are fulfilled on a rolling basis, with issues dispatched as they are released.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals
- Once an issue has been dispatched, it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable
- If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and no items have yet been dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund
- If partial fulfilment has occurred (e.g. one or more issues shipped), we may issue a partial refund reflecting any unfulfilled portion
This reflects the nature of subscription publishing and staged fulfilment.
Digital Products
Digital products (including downloadable content and digital magazine editions) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless faulty.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Provide a full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs if applicable
