2026July7(Scheduled to start) (Limited to 15 participants)
Certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a Fourth Industrial Revolution Skills Acquisition Course (Reskilling Course) (This course aims to achieve a level equivalent to IT Skills Standard Level 4)
Title: ‘Inquiry Intelligence Programme: Harnessing AI and Intelligence to Turn Global Trends to Our Advantage’
■ This Exploratory Course for Working Professionals is ideal for people like this
✓ I want to possess the intelligence and decisiveness that will not become obsolete in the age of AI
✓ I want to redesign my work based on societal needs
✓ I want to develop the ability to analyse the international situation
■ Three skills you will acquire on this course

The ability to identify what society needs from a broad perspective
‘Intelligence’ is what helps us make sense of today’s rapidly changing and unpredictable world. It involves approaching information from multiple angles, drawing your own insights and arriving at conclusions. Even matters that may at first glance seem unrelated to local issues—such as international financial trends and geopolitical risks—certainly enhance your understanding of society when you are aware of them, and this leads to the ability to interpret the world.

The ability to reach mutually acceptable solutions with a wide range of stakeholders
Methods of ‘consensus-building’—a subject rarely taught in Japan. How to organise key points, how to avoid being misled by sophistry, effective negotiation techniques, and building positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. By mastering these skills, your personal aspirations will become firmly aligned with the vision of the society we wish to create.

内なる目的を探究し実践する力
Even if you have a business idea or project you’d like to bring to life, it can be hard to take that first step.Whose problem are you trying to tackle, and what exactly is it? Does it fit with today’s society? What resources do you have available to make it happen? Using a simple yet powerful ‘Exploration Chart’ to organise your thoughts, and through brainstorming sessions and interviews, we’ll help you build the confidence you need to put your ideas into practice.
■ あなたの「やりたい」を出発点に構想をブラッシュアップ
Working in a way that suits you, contributing to society through your life’s work, or launching a business based on an idea you’ve been nurturing…
The ability to turn such ‘self-centred’ themes into projects that society needs is becoming increasingly important in the years ahead.
This six-month course allows you to learn the skills mentioned above—which you have rarely had the opportunity to acquire systematically—as you bring your aspirations to fruition.

■ A unique curriculum comprising three units
TP Tankyu Practice
Inquiry-based Practice:A conceptual design unit using the simple and versatile ‘Inquiry Method’. We will refine the ‘problem’ as you see it and the ‘value proposition’ that serves as its solution. With the instructor guiding you every step of the way, we will verify whether your problem definition is sound and whether the proposed value offers social utility, bringing your vision closer to realisation.
WD World Dynamics Intelligence
International Trends Intelligence:A module designed to help you understand the turbulent present and develop your own insights. Whilst acquiring essential knowledge—such as facts arising from human activity, the players and decision-making structures involved in rule-making for cross-border issues, the shifting movements of financial capital following crises, and geopolitics—you will develop active engagement with information and critical thinking skills using tools such as RESET Analysis. No prior knowledge is required. You can study this material as many times as you like, and participate in the ‘Inquiry Morning Café’ held every Friday morning (via Zoomoptional participation) held every Friday morning.
SC Strategic Consensus Building
Strategic Consensus Building:A module that teaches you how to work with stakeholders to reach mutually acceptable solutions, including ‘negotiation studies’—a subject said to be rarely taught in Japan. By systematically learning and mastering techniques such as how to organise key points, how to express opinions effectively, and how to counter sophistry, you can be certain that your business will move forward.
■ Tailored to your lifestyle, from wherever you are
Whether you’re working or raising a family, you can learn at your own pace, engaging in two-way communication with your tutor and fellow students.
This six-month course, combining on-demand learning with Zoom sessions, offers a standard study load of 66 hours and is designed to be manageable for working professionals.

I had been wavering about a capital investment, but what I learnt in this course gave me the confidence to go ahead with it. Whilst I do take consultants’ opinions into account, it is still important to train myself to think for myself. I want to continue developing my analytical skills in the future.

My eyes were opened to global issues I hadn’t realised existed whilst I was taking the course. I found a partner for the project I’d been wanting to undertake, and I could see concrete steps forward.
