Parresh serves as the Head of Product Development for Tagit. Parresh is a Certified Scrum Master and is a keen proponent of agile development at Tagit. In addition to working with Tagit’s executive team on product and technology direction, Parresh also provides guidance to Tagit’s customers on their strategic digital transformation journeys.

Head of Digital Banking
Ram is the Head of Digital Banking at Tagit. His responsibilities include delivering market-leading digital banking products built on the Mobeix Digital Banking Platform. Ram manages Tagit’s development centres across India, Philippines, and Singapore. He is also responsible for ensuring that Tagit’s customers are successful in their Digital Transformation initiatives or upgrading their banking experience with Tagit’s worldclass Digital Banking Products. His forte is in connecting people, processes, and technology to make both Product Innovation & Customer Implementation successful & efficient.
Jalpa Shah
Director, Marketing
Jalpa Shah leads Tagit’s global marketing strategy, overseeing brand positioning and market expansion initiatives. She brings extensive experience in technology and financial services marketing, with expertise in strategic planning, demand generation, and thought leadership. In addition to marketing, Jalpa has headed UX initiatives to deliver seamless digital experiences for clients.
Saveetha Lakshmanan
Head of Human Resources
Saveetha Lakshmanan leads Tagit’s global people strategy, overseeing talent management, leadership development,organizational effectiveness, and culture across operations in India, the Philippines, and Singapore. She plays a key role in building leadership depth and governance-driven HR practices that support scalability. Her expertise lies in aligning human capital strategy with business execution to strengthen Tagit’s growth and delivery excellence.

Sajjad is the Chairman of Tagit and managing director of Corporate Advisory Partners Pte Ltd, a financial advisory services firm. Sajjad has extensive experience in business restructuring and recovery, acquisitions advisory, IPO/capital raising and treasury risk management.
Navtej "Naffi" Singh
Co-founder & Director
Naffi, Co-Founder & Director of Tagit, started Tagit to bring innovative applications to traditional consumer businesses such as banking, travel and entertainment. He is a serial entrepreneur with over forty years of experience in building new businesses and has mentored budding entrepreneurs at INSEAD business school, where he was Entrepreneur-in-Residence for ten years.

Pierre Hennes
Director
Pierre serves as a Director of Tagit. He has extensive international experience in technology and new venture creation, and has been active as a VC and entrepreneur across Asia, Europe and the US since 2003. His latest passion for entrepreneurship has led him to Armenia, where together with his partners he has launched Granatus Ventures, the country’s first Venture Capital firm.
Sandeep Bagaria

Sandeep is the CEO of Tagit and is a seasoned corporate leader with over 18 years of experience in successfully setting up and managing businesses in sectors which include banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), telecommunications and commercial enterprise. Specialising in financial services, Sandeep has worked with banks across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Europe on their core transformation, channels innovation and payments strategies.
