For over a decade, Studio Ubique has shipped sites for startups, scale-ups and medium-sized businesses who want something that works and keeps working.

Not everyone comes in with a perfect brief or a calm internal timeline. That’s fine. The job is to bring structure without turning your project into an administrative hobby.

What’s slightly odd is how stable the team has stayed while the industry kept reinventing itself every two weeks. The tools change, the basics don’t. Clear UX, solid performance, content that says what it means, and a refusal to pretend everything is easy when it isn’t.

Our journey

2012

Opens its doors in Zwolle and starts building web projects, mostly with equal parts curiosity and stubbornness.

2015

First international clients arrive. The remote-first setup stops being a choice and becomes the default.

2020

Team grows to 20+ across Zwolle and Chandigarh, working fully remote before it became a personality trait.

Today

500+ projects shipped across 15+ countries. Typical project size sits around €5,000 to €25,000.

The communication, direction and client relationship sit in the Netherlands. The development power sits with colleagues in India. Not as an external supplier, not as a backup for peak pressure, not as a neatly polished white-label construction behind a glossy sales page. Just as colleagues. Same team. Same organism. Same responsibility.

You’ll work directly with a small group of 3 to 4 senior specialists. Designers, developers, and the people who translate vague goals into something that actually ships. They own your project from kickoff to launch. If your brief needs extra capacity, the wider team can step in without the classic agency moment where you suddenly have five calls per week and no output.
