If your issue is still not resolved or is not addressed, please submit a support request below. Please provide a detailed description of the problem and the steps taken to arrive at the problem, including:

  • Operating system (Windows, Mac, etc.)
  • Browser used
  • Links/bookmarks used

If you are a staff member requesting support related to staff-only resources, please use the support request link on the SWB Internal SharePoint home page.

If your request is to unsubscribe, please see instructions on how to do so yourself on the Technical Issues page. Due to the volume, we are unable to accommodate requests to perform those steps on your behalf. If you are having technical issues/problems while trying to unsubscribe, please fill out the form below describing the nature of the specific issue you are having with relevant details.
