The order process is conducted by our online reseller & Merchant of Record, Paddle or FastSpring, who also handle order-related inquiries and returns. Your data will be shared with Sonicbits for product fulfilment.

Sonicbits software is royalty-free and can be used for commercial or non-commercial use for music production, film-scoring, game music, and other types of audio production.
Sonicbits software products may not be free of bugs or errors and is used at your own risk. Sonicbits is not liable for any damage, blown up speakers, loss of hearing, any lost profit, loss of data, malfunctioning or indirect damage caused by the products licensed to you. The liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
Sonicbits cannot be held responsible for any damage, or lost time as a result of using this product.
Products are the intellectual property of Sonicbits and all rights belong to Sonicbits. Unauthorized duplication is a violation of the law.
All Sonicbits products are delivered as digital downloads. No physical shipping will take place. Upon receipt of your order, you will get an email with your personal serial code for the product you have purchased.
The email you receive contains all instructions about how to register and unlock the software.
The software itself can be downloaded directly from the according product page. There will also be a link in the email.
In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an email from us please contact us within 5 days from the date of your order.
If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can get a full refund, no questions asked.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
