Launch the Software
Start by launching the MSG Attachment Extractor software on your computer. You can do this in two ways:
- Go to start menu & find the software
- Double-click on the software icon available on the desktop

Add MSG Files
Click on the Browse button to add your MSG files. You have two options:
- File Mode: Add single MSG files or select files from different locations
- Folder Mode: Load an entire folder containing multiple MSG files at once

Configure and Process
Choose your export options and process the files:
- Select desired file extensions for attachments
- Enable "Remove duplicate attachments" option if needed
- Choose output destination folder
- Click "Process Now" to start extraction
