Getting Started with ALLTOPDF

  1. Launch the Application
    Double-click ALLTOPDF.exe or run from command line. The application will start with a clean interface.
  2. Add Files
    Click "📄 Add Files" to select individual files, or "📁 Add Folder" to add all supported files from a folder. Files will appear in the list below.
  3. Select Files
    Click on files in the list to select/deselect them. Selected files have a checkmark (✓). You can select all or choose specific files for conversion.
  4. Configure Output
    Click the "📁" button next to "Output folder" to choose where PDFs will be saved. You can also click "⚙ Settings" to customize conversion options.
  5. Start Conversion
    Click the "▶ START CONVERSION" button. Watch the progress in the Status column. Wait for the completion message.
  6. Access Converted Files
    Navigate to your selected output folder to find the converted PDF files.

Settings Configuration

Click the "⚙ Settings" button to access comprehensive conversion options:

  • Common Settings: Output type, multipage handling, PDF quality, page size
  • Output Settings: Filename patterns, overwrite options, subfolder creation
  • Advanced Settings: Timeout, memory limits, image quality, auto-rotate
  • Output File Options: Page orientation, compression, margins

File List Management

Manage your file lists efficiently:

  • Save List: Save your current file list to a .flist file for later use
  • Load List: Load a previously saved file list
  • Clear List: Remove all files from the list
