Smartkem’s TRUFLEX®️ advanced semiconductor materials have been successfully developed into a complete set that can be fabricated to give high performing organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) or sold to customers in single layers for adoption within their own product development. Smartkem’s materials are processed at a uniquely low temperature to create OTFTs on large panels of flexible, transparent and low-cost plastic. This will change the world of electronics, with next generation displays, higher performing advanced computer and AI chips and a new type of sensor.
