Sincere’s Food Manufacturing Company Limited, located in El Socorro South, Trinidad, is the largest local manufacturer of Chinese noodles and wonton skins in Trinidad and Tobago. Founded in 1982 by Maria Lee, affectionately known as Madam Lee, Sincere’s was established to meet the growing demand for delicious, affordable, and easy-to-prepare Chinese dishes.
With a rich history of supplying Chinese restaurants, fast food outlets, School Feeding Programs, caterers, and supermarkets, Maria’s dedication to preserving Chinese culture and her passion for oriental cooking, showcased through her supermarket ventures, restaurant trade, and popular Oriental Cooking series on TV6, have made Sincere’s synonymous with high-quality, authentic Chinese food products.
