Standard Integrations & APIs
Email (SMTP)
Each team in SIGNL4 gets a dedicated email address ( {teamsecrect} [at] mail.signl4.com ). Simply send an email to this address to notify an entire team or team members on duty. Global email addresses with routing rules can be configured as well.

Inbound Webhook
Use the SIGNL4 inbound webhook to send alert notifications and status updates. The inbound webhook supports JSON payloads to pass parameters for customizing and enriching alerts. The inbound webhook reference gets you started! Also, check out our code samples and further information.
Outbound Webhook
SIGNL4 can notify your apps and services on events (duty status change, acknowledgements, etc) by calling external webhooks. Your webhook endpoint URLs can be registered either in the SIGNL4 account management or through the REST API. Further documentation is available here.
REST API
The REST API is primarily intended for provisioning and configuration automation (e.g., updating schedules or duties) and 3rd party application integration. Read the full API Reference for details and find samples here.
