Our Goal at ServoDesk
At ServoDesk, we had a straightforward goal: create a service management tool that's not only easy to afford but also packed with all the features you need. We wanted something that anyone could use without a steep learning curve, but that could also be set up in no time at all.

The software is easy to use for all employees and does not require weeks of complex training. We had a few teething problems with setting the email integration up, due to our internal security levels. Once we resolved this issue, the system worked well and the email integration now runs smoothly.
