"When I started my PhD, I had the very bare minimum bio-informatics skills and even less when it came to programming. I attended the ‘Hands-on RNAseq data analysis’ course with Sequentia Biotech during my first year and it has been monumental for the progress of my research and the analysis of my transcriptomic data. The course provided me with everything I needed to understand how things worked and the post-course period, where I was able to continue to talk to my instructor, helped me to work independently building upon what I had learned during the course and design data analysis pipelines on my own.
