GPS location
When using the Secusoft GPS app:
The Secusoft GPS app is designed to transmit the smartphone’s location at intervals as a _bckgr_ process to the Secusoft server, in order to determine the live location of the device. The smartphone user can enable or disable location tracking via the Secusoft GPS app. The stored GPS location is not linked to other identifiable or privacy-sensitive data of the smartphone and/or user.
When using the software via the Secusoft app or browser:
The location of the logged-in user is stored if this is necessary for time tracking, NFC registration, and various reports. The location is not tracked or transmitted unless necessary for the functionality described above.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself via the personal settings of your account. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by our company, and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request for us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization specified by you.
If you wish to exercise your right to object and/or your right to data portability, or if you have any other questions/comments about data processing, please send a specified request to support@secusoft.com.
