These factors create undue burden, increased costs, and lost productivity. - Develop, showcase and resource guiding principles of clinical collaboration (Study Culture, People, Systems, Process).
- Research and explore interdependent collaboration within clinical research, highlighting site experiences in several phases of study startup (planning/feasibility, contracts & budgets and participant recruitment).
- Produce a Collaborate Forward Playbook, showcasing the lessons learned through interview and case study.
