The Story Behind ScheduleReader

ScheduleReader, (previously PrimaveraReader), was created as a custom solution for Maersk Oil, as a response to the well business practice and cost savings demonstrated by the use of project viewing solutions such as Seavus Project Viewer in the corporate environment.

Following the request for a similar solution that worked with .xer files, emerged the concept for a product that is now considered the leading standalone software solution for viewing XER project schedules.

ScheduleReader had its first commercial launch in March 2016 and since it has had several major version releases, each accompanied with new features, functionalities and improvements. See all features by release.

In 2019 thanks to the feedback received from our clients and partners, we launched ScheduleCleaner, a companion tool designed for removing/hiding sensitive or unwanted data in XER and XML project files.
