About SampleBoard Studio

Structured visual systems for interior design.

Evolving since 2010.

SampleBoard Studio creates disciplined presentation frameworks for interior designers and design-led creatives who need to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.

Studio is built on real workflows — supporting direction-setting, client presentations, and decision-making from concept through execution.

These are not decorative templates.

They are structured systems.

What We Design

Each Studio collection is:

• Structured, not cluttered

• Style-led, not trend-driven

• Built for real-world client communication

• Designed to reduce explanation, revisions, and uncertainty

The Studio is intentionally calm, practical, and focused — shaped by years of observing how designers actually think, present, and work.

Built on a Decade of Development

2010 — Foundation

SampleBoard is founded as one of the early digital mood board platforms for interior designers, with early-stage backing from Google.

2010–2023 — Platform Development

Over more than a decade, the platform evolves through multiple iterations — supporting designers globally in digital presentation and workflow clarity.

2023 — Software Conclusion

The mood board software concludes its lifecycle.

The research archive, audience, and intellectual foundation remain.

2024 — Research Refinement

SampleBoard refocuses as a dedicated interior design forecasting platform.

Present — Applied Systems

SampleBoard Studio extends this foundation — translating research insight into structured visual frameworks for contemporary interior practice.

Founder

SampleBoard Studio is led by Rosslyn Tebbutt, an interior designer and multidisciplinary creative whose experience in client presentation, brand systems, and spatial design informs every framework.

With over two decades of industry experience across interior architecture, digital strategy, and visual communication, her work bridges spatial intelligence and applied design systems.

Studio represents the applied continuation of the work that began in 2010.

The Studio Philosophy

Mood boards are not just inspiration — they are decision-making systems.

Studio frameworks are developed deliberately, through a human-led design process grounded in practice, presentation psychology, and visual hierarchy principles.

This is where research meets application.

This is where clarity becomes structure.
