Refunds and Re-Printing

At RushCustomBoxes, we work hard to provide top-quality custom boxes and packaging solutions. If you find any defects or issues with your order that are our fault, we will gladly reproduce and reprint your product. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

We know that mistakes sometimes happen, so we offer reproduction and re-printing services if there are any errors. If needed, we’ll remake your custom boxes or other products to make sure you get the best quality. Our team carefully checks and proofreads your original artwork to meet your requirements. If we find any issues, we’ll provide a free re-print or reproduction.

RushCustomBoxes can provide a re-print or reproduction of your custom-made product instead of a refund, so you are satisfied with your purchase. If you qualify for a re-print or reproduction, your product will match the original order’s specifications. If you want extra customization, there may be additional charges.

Requirements for Returns

Please inspect your products for any damage or defects within 7 days of receiving them. If you notice any problems and the box or materials are unused, email our sales team at sales@rushcustomboxes.com within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept claims for products that have been damaged, opened, used, or are missing parts. You must get our approval before returning any products and include all original packing materials. If these requirements are not met, we may refuse the return. Our team will review your claim and decide whether to reproduce or reprint the product after checking for defects.
