Our extension is best for managing customers centrally. When any customer registers on your Magento store, the new customer will be automatically added to the POS system. It also works the other way around; all the newly registered customers in the POS system will be synced with your Magento store.

When you purchase extension, you have option to add two domain names, Primary and Development Domains, those two are automatically assigned to your license key. If you need to change anytime in future, just send us an email with your order number and from the email that you used for placing an order to help@rootways.com and we will update it in our database for you. There is no extra cost for this update.
All our Magento extensions that are available for download are open source and are not encrypted. You can view the code and modify if required based on your requirements.
When you add any new product to Magento it will be automatically get added to Lightspeed Retail, the same way as you add any new product to Lightspeed, it will be automatically get added to Magento.
When a customer registers to your Magento website it will be automatically get added to Lightspeed Retail, similarly when you add a customer to your Lightspeed it will be shown in Magento Admin too.
All the orders from Magento store will be added to Lightspeed Retail when you use this extension. It also works the other way around; you don’t have to manually add orders placed through Lightspeed to your Magento Admin. This extension automatically syncs the Orders very accurately.

Yes, it is possible to bring images added in Lightspeed over to Magento. At present our extension does not support adding Magento images into Lightspeed.
Yes, products variants can be synced between Lightspeed and Magento. E.g. product color, size, shape, etc. In Magento it is referred as attribute while in Lightspeed it is referred as product variant.
Our extension has been tested and used by customers on Magento 2 Community Edition. We have not yet tested on Magento 2 Enterprise Edition. If you provide us Magento 2 Enterprise Edition staging environment access (FTP and admin), we can make it compatible for that version also.
