  • Our software is designed to recover maximum possible data. If you do not achieve the expected results, you can contact our support team. Full Refund Policy doesn’t work if
  • Client buys the software but no longer need to use further.
  • To resolve the bug, if our Tech Support team finds that it is important to analyze the file in our lab from our end, we give a secure FTP tool to our clients to upload the files directly on our lab server. We can sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if client asks. Even after signing it, if client doesn’t send the file, refund shall not be processed.
