Leading RE-Develop is our founder and lead facilitator, Sonja Thomas, whose expertise in professional facilitation, executive coaching, and experiential learning forms the foundation of every program we design. With over 20 years of experience in corporate and developmental programs, Sonja specialises in bespoke team builds that improve collaboration, strengthen leadership capability, and unlock the full potential of your team. Her qualifications include SAQA-accredited facilitator, assessor, and moderator; ARA Level II Adventure and Experiential Learning; Co-Resolve/Deep Democracy; Professional Business and Life Coach (ETDP SETA); formal training in outcomes-based course and learning design; and diplomas in Public Relations and Business Economics.
