Rakesh Sadhwani is a visionary technologist and entrepreneur with extensive experience across IT and CRM systems. He is the Owner and CEO of ProjectsForce 360°, where he leads the platform’s growth with a focus on innovation, data integrity, strategic direction, and operational scalability. Previously, Rakesh founded and served as CEO of Vertisystem Inc., a software company specializing in gaming and hospitality solutions. After 16 years of successful growth, Vertisystem was acquired in 2024. A graduate of D.Y. Patil College of Engineering in Pune, India, Rakesh brings a long-term, operator-driven approach to building scalable enterprise technology platforms.

Chad Thomas is the founder and operational mind behind ProjectsForce 360°. He built the platform to solve real problems he experienced firsthand running large-scale installation and service operations tied to major national retailers. With deep experience across field services, retail installations, operations, and software development, Chad focuses on one thing: removing friction at scale. His work centers on simplifying complex workflows for contractors, installers, office teams, and leadership without sacrificing control, visibility, or performance. Chad leads product strategy, customer experience, and platform evolution at ProjectsForce 360°, ensuring every feature is practical, intuitive, and grounded in how businesses actually operate day to day. He works closely with customers, partners, and the internal product team to continuously refine the system based on real-world feedback, not theory. His philosophy is simple: powerful software should feel effortless to use. When systems work the way people think, businesses move faster, teams perform better, and customers notice the difference. Outside of product and operations, Chad is deeply involved in customer relationships, industry partnerships, and long-term platform vision, making sure ProjectsForce 360° stays focused on solving the problems that matter most.
