License Types and Usage

There are 2 license types. To view the feature list and available tiers and prices of each license type, please visit the pricing page.

Team plan:
- Minimum 5 tester licenses.
- Includes 5 ‘Read-Only With Comments’ users per license.
Corporate plan:
- Minimum 10 tester licenses.
- Includes 10 ‘Read-Only With Comments’ users per license.

‘Read-Only With Comments’ users should be added to the predefined “Commenters” group in the project settings as described here.

Project Admin can view the plan details in the account settings General tab.

The payment period is one month, prepaid, starting from the subscription date. For example, a charge on January 6th covers usage from January 6th to February 6th.
New users can be added at any time and will be charged immediately.
Removed users will take effect in the next billing cycle; future invoices will reflect the updated user count.

To continue your testing success using the PractiTest platform, you can choose one of the following options:

Annual plans – Contact our Support Team and we’ll help you get set up.
Monthly credit card payments – You can subscribe directly within the platform.

Subscription should be made by a user with account owner permissions.

4. A dropdown will appear with available plans: Team or Corporate.

5. After selecting a plan, a new tab will open for secure payment via Stripe.

Once payment is completed, your account will automatically switch to the selected plan.
