Executive Director Search
For more than 45 years, the Pan-Mass Challenge has shown what is possible when people come together around a shared purpose. As we look toward the future, we have initiated the search for an Executive Director. The new Executive Director will join a leadership team anchored by Founder and Chairman Billy Starr, whose vision, values, and stewardship remain central to the PMC’s identity.

Marketing & Sponsorship Coordinator
The PMC is looking for a Marketing & Sponsorship Coordinator who is energized by purpose-driven work and excited to help grow that impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both creative and relationship-driven work, and wants to play a part in something bigger than themselves.
The coordinator reports directly to the VP of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Needham, MA.
