With an average of 17 years of teaching experience, our talented teachers make our school a warm and welcoming place to learn. Passionate about Christian education, over 60% of our staff hold a Master’s degree. They “think outside the box,” mentoring and challenging every student to grow.

All members of the PHCA staff have been carefully selected on the basis of excellent competency for their position; a character that reflects a personal relationship with Jesus Christ; a servant’s heart; a chemistry with students, the team and their leadership; and a set of personal attributes and goals that align with our culture.

This combination ensures that each member of our team is functioning at his or her best and contributing at a high level to help other staff and students succeed.  We hold our staff to the highest level of conduct and invest in their continued growth – both spiritual and academic.
