Presenter: Rachel Botkin PT, MPT, Advanced Competency in Home Health

Rachel is a licensed PT with 20 years of clinical and management experience in home health, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient settings. She is currently the Owner and President of Botkin Rehab Services, LLC. She earned her Advanced Competency in Home Health in 2017 and authored an elective module on neurological rehab in the home for the course. She became board certified in Neurological Physical Therapy in 2005. She has been an adjunct faculty member at Clark State Community College, teaching neurological rehab to PTA students since 2008. She is a member of the APTA, Home Health, Geriatrics, and Neurological Sections where she serves on the home health practice committee and co-authored the Home Health Toolbox for Outcome Measures

Presenter: Claire McLean PT, DPT, NCS

Dr. Claire McLean is a physical therapist who is passionate about working with people who have Parkinson disease. She loves implementing the research which supports specific exercise programs and other wellness activities that people can do to improve their health and impact their Parkinson’s progression over their life.

She earned a doctorate in physical therapy at the University of Southern California and completed the Rancho/USC neurologic residency program. She is a board certified neurologic clinical specialist. She received her Bachelor in Science from the University of Michigan. She is trained and certified in PWR! Moves, LSVT Big, Rock Steady Boxing, ATTP, and loves to learn!

Early in her career, after seeing the incredible potential in people with Parkinson’s, she knew she had found her calling.

She founded Rogue Physical Therapy & Wellness to offer ongoing access to high quality exercise in Orange County California. Rogue recently moved into a new 6,000 square foot gym so they will be able to grow! Since the pandemic, she started an online exercise + wellness membership called Rogue In Motion, available to people anywhere in the world!

Presenter: Chelsea Richardson PT, DPT, NCS

Chelsea Richardson is a board-certified neurologic clinical specialist physical therapist who has worked in the field of neurologic physical therapy her entire career. She received her doctorate from the University of Southern California (USC) and completed her fellowship studies through the Schmidt Movement Disorders fellowship with Reactive therapy and wellness, and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Throughout her career, she supported individuals and clinicians in the management of individuals with complex movement disorders, has presented nationally and internationally for her work in the area of Functional Neurological Disorders, and was published in Practical Neurology in 2024.
