Hey potential Patreon! It's great you've found your way to my page, I'd love to tell you about my indie game studio! :) My name is Thorben. I love the challenge video games give you - particularly real time strategy games. When I was younger, I dedicated a big chunk of my life to playing games. As I grew older, my interest in the development of games grew - I loved the challenge of learning something new, discovering and understanding how games were created. I started my professional career in a mobile browser game company but realized pretty early on that this lifestyle didn't fit well with my values. I wanted to create games with passion, with challenge, and not just go for the easy money. I seek challenge in my life rather than always taking the easy road. I always wanted to create games by myself so I founded an indie game development studio called Rainware Games. I am on my mission to develop fulfilling games that my fans will love!  <h3>Current Project: Flat Fat Cat Mobile Franchise</h3>After having a pretty hard year, it got to October and I realized I hadn't been able to release anything. I decided that I needed a change of plan to make something happen. I chose to focus my work on smaller mobile games in my Flat Fat Cat franchise to learn more about the game market. 
My new plan is to create much smaller games while challenging myself by exploring new territories. I want to try out some different approaches to game development that I haven't tried before, like developing paid applications and making special editions of my products. <a href="https://flatfatcat.com/kids-edition" target="_blank">Flat Fat Cat Kids Edition</a> - Physic based puzzle game with cats <img src="https://manakeep.com/df/W1siZiIsIjIwMTkvMTEvMjAvaTA5ZGJxZDZuX2NhdF9iaWxsaWFyZC5wbmciXV0/cat_billiard.png"> Currently I am working on the next title in the Flat Fat Cat Franchise which will be some kind of a Shuffleboard game with cats. <h3>Paused Project: RTS / Survival Game</h3>
At the moment I have a background a project in development unlike any other on the market. I'm combining my favorite genre (RTS) with a mix of survival and RPG elements in a somewhat MOBA like game. Make sure to follow my video logs on YouTube and the development diaries here on Patreon for updates. 
A lot of passion is being poured into this game, and I'll be posting updates about my progress frequently.
