The content creator and news media world is one constantly filled with noise and narratives with the focus increasingly on clicks and headlines rather than providing expert, detailed, digestible, reliable information. That's where we come in. 3CB Performance - founded and led by Dr. Rajpal Brar, PT DPT CSCS (or just Raj!) - is focused on providing quality, narrative free, and timely content on sports injuries, performance (including strength &amp; conditioning, biomechanics, movement), and mindfulness (via the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center). We also have a youth coaching and playing background in multiple sports which helps provide a unique, practical lens on these topics. We use this knowledge bases to deliver regular video and written content on our YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and multiple platforms including Squawka, SilverScreenAndRoll, Managing Madrid, Premier League Injuries, ThisIsAnfield, and TheArsenalReview.  Additionally, we've contributed multiple times to TIFO Football, Arsenal Vision Podcast, multiple NBA and football (soccer) podcasts. All this content will continue to remain FREE.
