You will be guided through a flight of five current releases, showcasing the precision and balance of our portfolio. To complement the wines, we provide a seasonally curated cheese and charcuterie plate, featuring local artisanal selections designed to highlight the nuances of each pour.

As we embark on the meticulous journey of restoration, Trey, with his discerning eye, has identified five additional coveted vineyards, each cherished for their exceptional terroir, from which we shall craft limited-production, artisanal offerings.
