Indulge in a selection of four food and wine pairings, carefully chosen by Executive Chef Jurgen van der Zalm, Sommelier Jasper van Amerongen and Assistant Sommelier Virginie Kühn.
The High Wine is served daily in the Lounge at €55 per person.
Bespoke cocktails are crafted and served throughout the day, paired with carefully selected dishes to complement each glass. House made herbal infusions and artisanal liqueurs rest in a vintage spirits cabinet, ready to be poured and enjoyed.
