Volunteer at conference and receive complimentary conference registration!

Application is CLOSED! The applicants will be notified on July 15th if they have been accepted as a volunteer.

Volunteers are scheduled for a total of 8 -12 hours over conference in 2 to 3-hour shifts. Volunteer duties include: assisting presenters using AV; answering general attendee questions about event and providing directions; helping attendees download and use the conference app; and checking in conference attendees. Volunteers receive complimentary conference attendance and are free to attend sessions when they are not working.

Requirements:

• You must be a current NDEO student member (with membership current through conference dates). If you graduated in 2026, you may also apply with a current NDEO Young Professional membership.
• You must be available to volunteer for at least two days of conference. Preference is given to applicants who are available for the full conference.
• All student volunteers must have a professor sponsoring them for this volunteer opportunity who can attest to the volunteer's reliability and ability to successfully complete conference volunteer duties. NDEO may contact the professor sponsor for more information regarding the student. Preference is given to volunteers whose professor sponsor is a current NDEO member and is attending NDEO Conference.
• Volunteers must attend a short Zoom training before the national conference.
