It’s members include federal dairy cooperatives of states and union territories. Activities

Institutional Sale

NCDFI coordinates milk and milk products supply to Institutions such as Ministry of Defence, Indo-Tibetan Border Police and IRCTC. These supplies are being met from more than 100 member cooperative dairies situated across the country.

NCDFI eMarket

Adoption of technology and its application to ensure better returns to dairy cooperatives and in turn to milk producers has been the primary focus of NCDFI. One such initiative is NCDFI eMarket, which was launched on June 10, 2015. NCDFI eMarket is online marketplace for trading of Dairy Products, Cattle Feed ingredients, Edible Oils, Fodder Seeds, Packaging Materials, Sugar, Chemicals, Scrap & Transport Services.

NCDFI offers customised IT solutions to support digital transformation, process automation, and efficient data-driven operations across the dairy value chain.

Developmental Activities

NCDFI utilizes part of its surplus in spreading awareness on topics such as clean milk programs, cooperative governance, productivity of animals, artificial insemination, ration balancing, etc. For this purposes, NCDFI regularly conducts Training Programs, Seminars, Workshops, Management Development Programs.
