Listening in at the Leaders Lab Birmingham: ‘Integration is the foundation of AI success’
Artificial intelligence may dominate technology conversations, but for many organisations, the biggest obstacle to AI adoption is not the technology itself.

Inclusion starts here
At NashTech, we create an environment where people feel they belong, where diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are integral to our culture. We believe great technology starts with diverse thinking. That’s why we’re building an inclusive culture where every voice is heard, every perspective matters and everyone can grow and succeed.

Our actions
Our diversity promise is delivered through multiple actions, including:
Providing diversity and inclusion training to all our colleagues so that we all keep learning and growing.
Building diverse teams across all our geographies enabling us to draw on the variety of experiences, skills and talent.
Working with key partners and charitable organisations including 'Workplace Pride' and 'Inclusive Employers' to keep improving.

Measuring sentiment across the organisation through our annual employee engagement survey and giving people a voice so that we can listen and act on that feedback.
Providing a safe environment for our colleagues to connect, share ideas, educate and influence visibility through our employee resource groups.
Reporting globally on our gender split and implementing actions to support improvements at a senior level through balanced shortlists, talent programmes and mentoring.
Provide an inclusive environment where employees' differences are valued, voices and opinions are heard and considered. A workplace that makes our employees feel accepted and respected.

Sponsored by NashTech, the day combined frontier thinking with practical, grounded experience from across the pet and equine insurance market. This overview shares the themes and the standout moments for a wider audience: partners, prospective members, the media and anyone with a stake in where this industry is heading.
