Frequently asked questions
We ask for a retainer fee to secure your booking for portrait and makeup sessions. This non-refundable fee ensures your spot is reserved and helps cover potential losses from cancellations or contract changes. The retainer is applied to your total service cost. Please remember, the remaining balance must be paid by or on the day of your event. For custom orders like reprints or albums, full payment is required upfront.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please note that the retainer fee is non-refundable once your photography date is reserved. For cancellations made within 7 days of the event, the full contract balance is due, as it’s unlikely we can rebook that date. Once services are rendered and the balance is paid, it is non-refundable. Any exceptions can be discussed directly with us. Please ensure cancellations are submitted in writing or via email, even if you’ve informed us by phone.
