How do I register?

Use the registration window on the homepage to register. Simply select whether you are a man or a woman and then click on "Register now for free". Registration with M|SD is free of charge.

How do I log in?

As soon as you have registered with M|SD, you will receive an activation email with a link. Please click on this link to complete your registration. Now you can log in at any time with your e-mail address or your pseudonym and password. Simply use the login window on the homepage to log in.

What should I do if I receive the message "invalid e-mail/password" when logging in?

Please first make sure that you have entered your e-mail address and password correctly. If you are logging in for the first time, it is possible that you have not yet activated your profile. We sent you an activation email with a link to your email address when you registered. Please click on this link to activate your profile. Please also check your spam folder. If you are still unable to log in, please send an email to support at support@mysugardaddy.eu

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the link "Forgot your password?" on the homepage and enter your e-mail address. Your password will then be sent to the e-mail address you entered. How can I change my e-mail address?

Please send an e-mail from your registration e-mail address to Support.

How can I change my username?

Send us an e-mail with your desired username. If the desired username is not yet assigned, your profile will be changed to the selected username. A corresponding confirmation will be sent by e-mail.

The following things can only be changed by M|SD:

Username
E-mail address
Activation of the profile after deactivation
Date of birth

How do I post photos?

You can add photos via the "Profile" menu item. There you have the option of uploading a profile picture, album pictures and VIP album pictures. To do this, please click on "Select" in the corresponding album. The VIP album can only be viewed by VIP members.

Why can't I upload photos?

The reason why you cannot upload photos is probably the size of the photos. You can only upload photos that are no larger than 2 MB.

Square photos are best suited as avatars. With 450 x 450 there is no need to select a section. In any case, the height should not be more than twice the width. A photo with the dimensions 450 pixels wide and 900 pixels high is also suitable.

How many photos can I post?

Every user can add pictures to their personal profile immediately after registering. All members can upload up to 21 pictures - 1 profile picture, 10 album pictures and 10 VIP pictures. The VIP pictures can only be viewed by VIP members. Your pictures should not exceed a file size of 1 MB each.

Which photos are not allowed?

Any photos of any kind that violate applicable law, infringe the rights of third parties or violate the principles of the protection of minors are not permitted. Photos that can be found via Google search on the Internet and photos that contain contact details are not permitted. See also our code of conduct at www.mysugardaddy.eu/verhaltenskodex

Why are uploaded photos not released?

Uploaded photos go through an automatic check, so we cannot tell you the exact reason for rejection. Please always make sure that you follow our photo guidelines.

Why is my flirt text or answers to questions being rejected?

Your profile may contain contact details, references to rinsing (image sales) or other commercial interests. It is also not permitted to be registered with more than one person on a profile. Your flirt text must comply with our code of conduct. See also: www.mysugardaddy.eu/verhaltenskodex

Can I link my social media here?

Details of your other social networks are not permitted.

However, you have the option to enter your Instagram and Onlyfans account when purchasing the social media feature. Please note that this will only be displayed on our website due to the app guidelines.

Are there any differences to the app and website?

Yes, the app and website differ in some respects due to their own guidelines. Firstly, the respective providers adjust the prices themselves. The packages are therefore more expensive there. Memberships can only be purchased with credits.

Some questions may not be asked/answered in the app.

What is SMS verification and how does it work?

The SMS check is a new way to verify yourself when registering. Instead of using their email address, anyone who registers can now verify themselves with their telephone number. Our aim is to increase the quality of our members and prevent fraudsters from registering with MySugardaddy. Because anyone who verifies themselves with a code via their own mobile number creates a trustworthy profile that proves the authenticity of the person to other members.

If a member has used SMS verification, the red SMS symbol appears in the profile.

The check can also be carried out retrospectively for all registered members.

How can I perform a reality and ID check?

Under the menu item "Profile" you will find the question "Are you real? Select the relevant item and follow the further instructions.

Please note that we can report identity theft or similar to the police.

How are receipts recorded for verification?

Receipts provided to us for verification purposes will be treated confidentially (and not stored). ID number, surname and street name can be made unrecognizable.

How can I delete/deactivate my profile?

You can deactivate or completely delete your profile under the menu item "Settings".

To reactivate your profile, please contact Support. (After deleting a profile, reactivation is not possible, only deactivated profiles can be reactivated).

What memberships do we offer?

Basic member: Free registration and full access to the community

VIP member: Paid membership with subscription (unless canceled) with many benefits - credits are required for activations

Diamond member: (Only for SD): Monthly Premium Membership with special benefits - there are Unlimited Credits as the customer can unlock unlimited profiles with the monthly fee and create their own events

How can I become a VIP member?

Please select "Become VIP" in the menu selection or click on the blue circle at the top right under "Become VIP". There you can select the VIP membership with your desired duration. Which VIP packages are available?

You will always be credited the amount for the entire term on the day of purchase.

As a VIP member, you receive 50 credits per month as a gift - these are always credited on the day your membership starts.

Memberships are automatically extended by one month after the first expiry date until they are canceled at the monthly price.

How is credit refunded for activations for VIP members (credit-back guarantee)?

The credit-back guarantee applies if the users do not reply to your messages in the chat after you have activated them. Then, after 14 days at the latest, a button will appear under "Activations" "Active" with which you can get the credits for the respective activation back.

In principle, we have no influence on the behavior of users after activation. We also cannot know which user has which interests and whether he/she will delete the profile after a few days, whether your profile will be blocked or whether you will only receive a monosyllabic (one word) reply to your activation.

How do I cancel my VIP membership?

You can cancel your VIP membership by clicking on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner, then the drop-down menu will open on the left-hand side. Under Settings you will find the option to end your membership.

You also have the option to cancel your membership at: https://www.mysugardaddy.eu/kuendigung-des-vertrags without having to log in first.

The "VIP" button indicates whether a completed VIP membership is automatically extended. If the VIP membership is not automatically renewed, no notice is required to discontinue the VIP membership.

What happens when my VIP membership has ended or a VIP membership subscription has been canceled?

After your membership expires, your profile will be converted back to a basic member. Your unused credits will remain valid until then.

Can I transfer a VIP membership to another profile?

VIP memberships started with use are not transferable.

Can I transfer my credits to another profile?

Yes, but for this we need an e-mail from the profile that contains the credits

What happens to my VIP/my credits during deactivation?

Your VIP membership will not be stopped or paused by deactivating your profile. If it has not been canceled, it will be extended by one month and the 50 credits/month will continue to be credited.

The credits in the profile do not expire and are permanently available

How can I become a Diamond member?

Please select "Diamond" from the menu or click on the diamond at the top right under "Become a Diamond". All the benefits of Diamond membership are explained there.

Diamond membership is automatically renewed every month unless you cancel.

What are credits? How many credits do I need for activations?

To be able to contact a member, you need so-called credits. You can see the prices for this under the menu item "Credits".
As a basic member you have to pay 20 credits for one activation.
If, as a Sugarbabe, you do not wish to pay for the contact, you have the option of sending an activation request to a Sugardaddy. In this case, the other member will cover the costs. Please only submit an activation request if you are sure that you will be contacted.

What credit packages are available?

How can I pay?

If you are interested in a VIP membership or credits, you have various payment options. You can pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, etc.), by online instant bank transfer or by direct debit (SEPA). If you pay by direct debit, "Novalnet AG" will appear on the statement. If you pay by credit card, "SDC Ventures GmbH" will appear on the statement. In exceptional cases, you can also pay by bank transfer or PayPal (please contact customer support for this).

Are PayPal or Paysafecard payments possible?

You have the option of making a discreet PayPal payment. For this you need a PayPal account with credit. You can forward the corresponding amount via the e-mail address rechnung@sdc-ventures.com, stating your user name. Please also inform us about a possible payment.

Unfortunately, payment by Paysafecard is currently not possible.

When can basic members have credits for activations refunded?

We can only refund credits to basic members if there has been no response to a demonstrably requested activation even after 14 days or if a member has been blocked due to your demonstrably justified report. We require corresponding screenshots of requested activations.

However, we have no influence on the behavior of users after they have been unblocked. We also cannot know which user has which interests and whether he/she will not unsubscribe after a few days, whether your profile will be blocked or whether you will only receive a monosyllabic (one word) reply to your activation.

What do the tabs (buttons) at the top of the menu view mean?

1. visitors: The members who have visited your profile are displayed here. As a VIP member, you can also view the profiles that you have viewed yourself! 2. chat: Your chats between other members and your own MSD chat with information, tips etc.
3. kisses: The kisses you have received. As a VIP member you can also see your sent kisses here
4. favorites: Who you have favorited. As a VIP member you can also see the profiles that favor you here
5. questions; For me: Which questions you have been asked and whether they have been answered. Sent: Which questions have you asked other members? 6. activations: Open: Which are unanswered; Active: Unlocked - here you can also claim the credit back guarantee. denied; Rejected unlock requests appear here
7. events: Our SD events can be posted here and the SBs have the opportunity to advertise them
8 Diamond / VIP / Credits: Our memberships or credits can be purchased here

What do the bell and number on the profile pictures mean?

The number at the top right of a profile shows how often this member has visited your profile.

The profiles marked with a small bell show the most recent visitors to your profile.

What does the green dot next to the username mean?

Profiles with a green dot indicate that the user is currently online.

What does the blue/pink circle with a check mark mean?

Profiles with these points indicate that the profile has been verified by a check (reality check or ID check â you will find the relevant information in the profile)

How can I block an unwanted profile?

You will find various buttons under the user's profile photo. If you move the cursor over the buttons, the respective function will appear. By clicking on the second button from the right (triangle with exclamation mark) you have the option of blocking the user.

How can I remove blockages?

Via the menu item "Blocked users" you can remove the respective user from the blockade by clicking on the recycle bin.

What restrictions are there for basic members for profile views?

As a basic member, you can view 10 profiles, send 10 kisses and ask 10 questions on our WEB site within 24 hours.

If you would like to view more profiles within 24 hours, you can view another 10 profiles, send kisses and ask questions with just 5 credits. (Profiles that have already been clicked on do not need to be unlocked by viewing them again).

How can I unsubscribe from notifications and newsletters?

You can change email notifications for newsletters via the "Settings" menu item. Please uncheck the box next to "Newsletter (general information)".

Email notifications regarding kisses, news, questions and activations can be organized via "Community settings".

How can I delete messages or photos from my chat?

Chat transmissions can only be deleted completely by both the sender and the recipient. The chat history can then no longer be seen by the person who deleted it.

However, the sender of photos has the option of deleting photos separately by clicking on the recycle bin at the top right of the photo. The photos are then deleted directly for both parties.

How can I report a member?

To report a member online, click on the triangle with the exclamation mark on the right-hand side of the toolbar that opens.

At present, the corresponding proof must still be sent by e-mail to the support team (support@mysugardaddy.eu).

We only accept chat calls that were made via M|SD. The username used with us must be recognizable.

We have no influence on any events that take place outside of this community. This also includes financial agreements that are entered into privately and at your own risk.

How do I get in touch with members?

To contact other members, log in to MySugardaddy and click on the "Kisses" or "Questions" button to respond to other members' messages or to send kisses or ask questions yourself.

If you would like to chat with another member, Sugarbabes can send an activation request. As soon as you have been activated as a Sugarbabe, you can use the chat function.

Otherwise, you have the option of activating the chat yourself. This costs 20 credits for basic members and 5 credits for VIP members per activation. Activation is free of charge for VIP members!

Is rinsing (sale of photos etc.) permitted?

Since rinsing a Sugarbabe mainly serves the pursuit of commercial interests and this is not the purpose of MySugardaddy, the sale of images and videos is not permitted. Possible violations will be warned or blocked.

Is an online-only relationship possible?

A sugar daddy-sugarbabe relationship, like the one you can find on MySugardaddy, depends on real dates that you experience together with your sugar daddy. Unfortunately, this is not possible purely online.
