This Site is operated by Beat Box Digital LTD, trading as MPC-Samples.com (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our" or "MPC-Samples"). Beat Box Digital LTD is registered in England & Wales, company number 6810062.
Any reference to "you", "yours" and "Users" is referring to you, the user of the Site. By using the Site and/or placing an order, you accept the Terms and agree to be bound by them.
The Site is an e-commerce web site primarily selling digital products ("Digital Products") from a selection of different publishers ("Publisher").
Sound License:
When You make a purchase of an expansion or samplepack ('The Product') from MPC-Samples You are purchasing a License to use the audio content in The Product ("The Sounds") within a set of terms as specified by the Publisher. The following License applies for all samplepack and expansion purchases here on MPC-Samples.com.
The Publisher grants You a royalty free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, worldwide License to use The Sounds to create Musical Compositions for You and for third party projects, such as songs, albums, soundtracks, video and computer games as well as for use in public performances and media presentations. All other rights in and to The Sounds, including, without limitation, all copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to The Sounds (including modified versions of The Sounds), are fully retained by the Publisher.
A Musical Composition is defined as a completed musical production where The Sounds are heard only in conjunction with other instrumentation and audio content.
Under no circumstances can The Sounds, or modified versions of The Sounds (where You have performed sample editing or additional processing) be re-distributed, re-sold, sub-licensed, or used to form any part of a commercial sample library, nor can they be used in any other form of Musical Composition where they are available to third parties in isolation from other audio content.
THE SOUNDS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE PUBLISHER & MPC-SAMPLES DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SOUNDS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, PERFORMANCE AND USE OF THE SOUNDS IS WITH YOU.
This License may be terminated without notice by the Publisher if at any time You fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, You must immediately cease using The Sounds, delete all copies and archives of The Sounds and if requested, confirm to the Publisher in writing that You have complied with these requirements.

Ebook and Tutorial Course License:
When You make a purchase of an electronic book or tutorial course ("The Course" or "Our Courses") from MPC-Samples You are purchasing a License to use the Course within a set of terms as specified by the Publisher. The following Ebook & Tutorial Course License applies for all Course purchases unless otherwise stated to the contrary in the Course download itself.
The Publisher grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable License to privately view the content of the Course on any device You own. You may print a single paper copy of any book provided within the Course for Your own personal use only. You may not re-publish, sub-license, re-sell nor re-distribute the Course (or any parts of the Course, including the tutorial files) in any shape or form, nor can You transfer Your License to any third party. You may not use the Course, or extracts from within it (including any provided tutorial files or video content), as part of any other educational product, lecture, course or any other form of instructional guide or presentation, regardless as to whether it is a commercial or non-commercial usage.
Please contact the Publisher if You are unsure whether Your intended usage is covered by the license You have purchased. Any audio files provided with the Course are for demonstration purposes only and cannot be used in any commercial musical composition without the express permission of the Publisher.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Our Products may not be used or reproduced in any manner for the purpose of training artificial intelligence technologies or systems. In accordance with Article 4(3) of the Digital Single Market Directive 2019/790, We expressly reserve Our Products from the text and data mining exception.
Product Demos
Before purchasing a Product you may be given an opportunity to download some example content from the Product ('Product Demo'). Product Demos are provided purely for evaluation purposes only. If you wish to make use any of this content you must first purchase a License for the 'full' version of the related Product.
- Digital Products - all digital products are delivered 'digitally' by providing you with a download link after a successfully authorised purchase. To download Your Product, simply click on the link provided. Digital products cannot be provided on physical media. While You are generally able to 're-download' Your purchases at a later date, this service is reserved for Products that We still actively offer on the Site, hence We strongly advise that you backup your purchases on your own privately managed backup system. Please note that in order to preserve resources and to ensure Our Site operates efficiently for all Our customers, We operate a 'fair use' policy with respect to the number (and nature) of any access attempts made on any download link and as such We reserve the right to disable, with immediate effect, any download link that We consider to be exhibiting excessive or unusual behaviour.
- 'Tangible' goods - We sometimes offer 'tangible goods' from a variety of suppliers and the full details of all dispatch and delivery estimates will be indicated on the relevant Product page itself. While we strive to keep stock levels fully up to date, We do rely on our suppliers for this information and it may be possible that a Product can become out of stock without any notice. If in doubt, please contact us in advance of purchasing and we can advise further.
We urge you to read all product information carefully and download the demonstrations of each product before purchase. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any Products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. If you are having difficulties downloading your purchase please contact us and we'll be happy to assist further.
Discount Codes - If you have a valid discount code, please ensure you have correctly applied the code on the shopping cart page before you pay for your order as Discount codes cannot be applied to orders after the orders have been paid for.
Right of Cancellation (UK & EU Consumers Only)
Under the Consumer Rights Directive, EU consumers have the right to cancel a transaction for up to fourteen (14) days after the purchase. However, by beginning the downloading process (that is, by clicking the download link we provide), you are granting Your express consent to withdraw from these cancellation rights.
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your order date. Alternatively, if you have yet to click on your product download link, we can offer you an exchange or store credit equal to the sum you originally paid for that product.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by sending an email to [email protected] within 14 days of your original purchase date, giving us the relevant order number and stating clearly that You are requesting to cancel this order. If You have not clicked Your download links, We will reimburse to you by the method used to pay for the original transaction, no later than 14 days after the day we receive your cancellation request.
Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges For Customers Outside the UK & EU, & All Business Customers
If you have not yet attempted to download a digital purchase, we are happy to offer a free store credit or an exchange for a product of equal or less value within 14 days of your order date. Refunds are only available at our discretion and if granted are subject to an administration charge of up to 10% to cover the refund processing fees charged by our payment providers.
'Multi-Buy' Promotions
- During a 'Multi-Buy' promotion you can benefit from additional discounts on your order simply by adding multiple paid products to your cart.
- All products must be purchased together in a single order to receive a Multi-buy discount. We are unable to retrospectively apply Multi-Buy discounts to previous orders or to incomplete or unpaid orders.
The exact discount structure available will vary depending on the promotion, and will be stated clearly on our site during the promotional period. Discounts are applied automatically after adding the stated number of products to your cart. Please note that 'free' products and 'personal upgrade offers' do not count towards the cart quantity used to calculate your discount.

- We reserve the right to remove any Product from our catalogue, at any time, at our sole and absolute discretion and without any prior warning or notice to you.
- Should you need to, you can return to our site at any time to re-download the files. For security reasons we log all file access including your computer IP address, referring URL and browser details and also make detailed logs of all download attempts.
- All Products are tested in the current official operating system version for your MPC, unless otherwise stated. We do not guarantee compatibility of Products with older OS versions, as these may contain bugs or not support the techniques used in your Product.

- MPC-Samples.com are not affiliated with, nor endorsed by 'inMusic Brands, Inc' in any shape or form. We do not sell any products manufactured by inMusic Brands. All products on our site are developed by ourselves or by independent third party developers.
- Phrases containing the term 'MPC' are used on our site solely to indicate that our products are 'formatted for MPC samplers' and does not in any way constitute an endorsement of our products by 'inMusic Brands, Inc'. We mention specific MPC model names solely to help customers assess the compatibility of our products with the MPC model that they own.
- During customer account registration you will be asked for a password to access any pages for which registration is required. You are solely responsible for all actions that occur as a result of access to the Site via your password. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the security of your password. Any breaches of these Terms by someone to whom you disclose your password to will be treated as a breach by you. If your password becomes known to any unauthorised user you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to change your password at any time in our sole and absolute discretion.

- MPC-Samples' total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation or otherwise arising in connection with goods or services provided to you shall be limited to the price of goods paid by you to MPC-Samples.
- Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
- MPC-Samples reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as MPC-Samples deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or government request.
- We may suspend the operation of the Site at any time, for any reason. If we suspend your access to the Site to investigate or prevent a potential breach of these Terms, these Terms shall continue to apply during any period of suspension. We may terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason we see fit in our sole and absolute discretion. If we terminate your access to the Site, we may delete all information and other data that you have stored on the Site. Termination shall not affect the accrued rights and liabilities of either you or us.
