Yes, Mondu’s flexible payment options are available to all types of business buyers, but not to consumers. We only handle B2B transactions.
Comprehensive platform: Mondu is the only B2B payments platform that serves both sellers and buyers directly. With Mondu, sellers can offer flexible payment options to their buyers without risk, while buyers can access MonduFlex and MonduCard to optimize their working capital and defer supplier payments – regardless of whether their suppliers use Mondu. This makes us uniquely positioned to improve cash flow for all parties in B2B transactions.
Availability: Mondu’s solution is available for merchants, marketplaces, and buyers across most of Europe including the UK, for online as well as offline sales. Mondu is the only BNPL solution provider to hold an EMI (Electronic Money Institution) license, issued by the Dutch central bank (DNB), allowing it to operate across all EEA markets. Mondu is also registered with the FCA in the UK.
Approval rate and basket size: Mondu offers the highest approval rates, with real-time approval for purchases up to €1 million. Sellers can approve additional orders beyond those that Mondu approved, for which they will assume the risk of non-payment. Merchants will still benefit from Mondu’s credit checks and collection services for these additional orders.
